CS4 Quick Selection Brush chose baby, pasted to new layer. Copied original layer, Gaussian Blurred it and lightened slightly. Adjusted Levels slightly on Quick Selection layer. Bit of sharpening and adjusting eyes (I have a nice free downloaded Action called CoffeeShop Eye Bright - google to find it).
