Special Zoom meeting for Vision to Voice participants
Final image/collection review
Some gallery participants have indicated they would appreciate a peer review for their exhibition selections and final touches before printing.
This is a Focus meeting that we have held for past gallery events, and it is helpful for those who just wish to ‘check in’ before they print.
This special Zoom meeting will see us break into smaller virtual breakout rooms, enabling collaborative discussion in smaller groups, with a facilitator who is an experienced camera club member in each. Be ready with your selection of images and/or options that you want to discuss.
Sunrise Photoshoot at Wyaralong Dam.
We will meet on Knehr Rd in the upper reaches of Lake Wyaralong for sunrise and hopefully some mist on the lake. Actual sunrise is 6:25am.
Knehr Rd is off Old Beaudesert Rd which comes off Beaudesert Boonah Rd, Route 90.
We can head to Boonah for breakfast afterwards, at Flavours Café, open from 7:00am.

Please note that this meeting will commence at 7pm to incorporate the judged Tri-Nations images presentation and the QCG Group Gallery Exhibition Introduction.
The sequence and timing of proceedings will be as follows:
7:00 – Announcements – Twiggy Daniels.
7:05 – Tri-nations images presentation and scores (Note, we will not be conducting the judges feedback and open forum discussion originally planned for the cancelled Focus Group).
7:20 (approx.) – Guest Speaker Jane McMenamin.
8:30 (approx.) - QCG Group Gallery Exhibition Introduction and Launch.
Jane’s presentation will explore the often-overlooked aspects of photographing birds.
This isn’t just about camera settings, editing and gear, although these things will be covered. It’s more about embracing the patience, creativity, and emotional connection that truly transform a photograph. Whether you’re struggling with missed shots, dealing with the pressures of performance, or simply looking to take your bird photography to a deeper level, Jane hopes to inspire people to go beyond the technical.
Please support our very own and very special, Jane McMenamin, bird photographer extraordinaire, by joining us in person.
